Deep, ruby red, with violet and light garnet hues. Elegant, persistent, refined, and fruity with notes of spice: the nose has aromas of underbrush, and red berries. Good structure, soft, voluptuous. The tannins and the acidity are well-balanced. Long, fruity finish. Perfect with soups, pastas, and rice dishes, as well as both poultry and red meat dishes.
Raspberries with pleasant savory undertones of nuts and dried flowers. Medium to full body with cordial-like fruit and a lightly firm tannin framework. Fresh feel to this, which makes you want to drink it now. But better after another year or so in bottle. Try from 2023.
