100% Sauvignon Blanc, Vette is named for the imposing peaks that rise above its Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, and it is the true height of refreshing crispness and earthy minerality.
Good intensity of fresh, ripe gooseberries with a hint of sour cream, green mangoes, grapefruit and stones. Fresh and chalky on the palate with zesty acidity that extends to an elegant finish. Drink now.
A light-bodied white, with chive blossom, grapefruit peel and white pepper notes accenting crunchy white peach and melon fruit. Crackles with racy acidity, which drives the lacy, petrol-lined finish. Drink now through 2026. 8,000 cases made, 1,575 cases imported.
