The 2021 Chardonnay Estate Vineyard is dynamic and expressive, with generous aromas of baklava, baked apple, toast and flint. The palate is satiny and expansive with a pleasurably sneaky crescendo of acidity to balance its generosity, and it has an energetic, flinty finish. It will benefit from 3-5 years in bottle to unwind.
Rich and robust, with fragrant notes of lemongrass and lemon blossoms up front, revealing plump flavors of ripe melon and nectarine at the core. For all of the richness, generosity and spiciness, this also has a fresh, refreshing finish. Drink now. 1,440 cases made.
