This vintage is all about elegance; the aromas of sun-drenched and freshly-picked ripe fruit ranging from vine peach and pear to melon. It's full and crisp on the palate, powerful yet pure like flavoured spring water. Try with choice seafood, spicy Indian or exotic cuisines, young cheeses and sorbets.
A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino), the 2022 Cotes de Provence Rose Rose et Or has a vibrant, lively bouquet with aromas of lime, grapefruit, red berries, spices and menthol. Medium-bodied, juicy and tense, the palate is pure and crystalline with a charming, delicate and fruity finish. Very classic but perfectly crafted.
