Beauty in the glass. Deep garnet red color. Great transparency. Aromatics lean heavily on cherry, berry, cinnamon & nutmeg, spice & leather, pomegranate & cranberries. The wine has great Oregon energy, exuding bright acidity, fruit softness and tannin density at the same time. On the palate, more of the same flavors; cherry liqueur, Xmas cake, cocoa, sandalwood, brambly blue fruits, and suddenly a dash of pipe tobacco & graphite. A true Oregon wine with fruit, earth, and spice notes. Drink up folks!
