In tasting the wines of Byron (we carry this Chardonnay as well as their Santa Maria Pinot Noir), it is obvious that this is a winery that measures their success by producing balanced wines that are true to their grape varietals. Not overly oaky or buttery, while having the distinct oak flavors interlaced nicely with the fruit, this Chardonnay is a pleasure to drink. Especially at this terrific sale price!
